OCD

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition that can feel overwhelming, uncomfortable, and often misunderstood. However, there is hope. OCD is characterized by intrusive thoughts and obsessions and repetitive behaviors (compulsions). These thoughts and behaviors can be distressing and time-consuming, and disrupt everyday life.

We work with you to gradually confront your fears in a supportive environment. Through exposure to the things that trigger your anxiety and practice in resisting compulsions, you can learn to manage your symptoms.
