Our Approach & Who We Help

Our three-pronged approach
Who do we help?
We believe everyone can benefit from mental health services. We support a broad range of clients from those who simply want to be their best selves to those with formal diagnoses. We further offer specialized support for those who are:
- Neurodiverse
- Impacted by both neurodiversity and mood challenges
- Managing complex medical needs
- Facing challenges related to pregnancy and mood
*This list is not exhaustive as we also work with healthcare providers, emergency responders, young adults, couples, and more. You are welcome at the Parents and Children Project even if you are not a parent or a child.
On accessibility, discrimination, and openness
We provide services without discrimination based on race, age, religion, sex, national origin, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, political beliefs, disability, or veteran status. When we say ‘all are welcome,’ we mean it.
